Urgent Booking Fee Policy

 

Purpose

To ensure we can efficiently accommodate all our clients and maintain the highest standards of service, we have implemented an Urgent Booking Fee. This fee applies to cleaning services requested on short notice.

 

Definition of Urgent Booking

An urgent booking is defined as any cleaning service request made within 12 hours of the desired service time.

 

Fee Structure

 

Standard Urgent Booking Fee

An additional charge of 25% of the total cost of the cleaning service will be applied to all urgent bookings.

 

Peak Time Urgent Booking Fee

During peak times, such as weekends, holidays, and busy seasons, the urgent booking fee may be higher. Clients will be informed of the exact fee at the time of booking.

 

Application

The urgent booking fee will be added to the total cost of the cleaning service and will be itemized separately on the invoice.

 

Payment Terms

The urgent booking fee, along with the total service cost, is due upon receipt of the invoice.

Cancellation Policy

In the event of a cancellation, the urgent booking fee is non-refundable if a cleaner has arrived at the premises. This ensures that we can cover the costs associated with adjusting our schedule on short notice.

 

How to Avoid Urgent Booking Fees

To avoid this fee, we recommend scheduling cleaning services at least 48 hours in advance. This allows us to better manage our resources and ensure we meet all clients' needs without additional charges.

 

Communication: All clients will be informed of the urgent booking fee at the time of their request.
