Policy for Service Limitations

 

At O'snap Cleaning Services, we strive to provide high-quality cleaning services to all our clients. However, there are certain limitations to ensure the safety of our team and the integrity of our service. Please review the following service limitations:

 

1. Scope of Cleaning Services

Excluded Services: We only provide exterior window cleaning located at ground level, we do not provide removal of hazardous materials, or treatment of deep stains.

 

Specialized Cleaning: We currently do not offer steam cleaning services.

 

2. Client Property Conditions

 

Extreme Clutter: We are unable to provide services in environments with extreme clutter, as it poses a safety risk and hinders effective cleaning.

 

Unsafe Environments: Services will not be provided in unsafe environments, including those with structural issues, exposure to hazardous substances, or any other conditions deemed dangerous by our team.

 

3. Furniture and Personal Items

 

Furniture: Furniture that cannot be easily moved by one person will not be moved for safety reasons. Clients are responsible for moving such furniture if they require cleaning in those areas.

 

Personal Items: Clients should ensure that personal items are put away prior to our arrival. This allows our team to clean efficiently and prevents any accidental damage.

 

4. Pets and Pest Control

 

Active Pets: Very active pets should be confined or put away during the cleaning service to prevent messes or accidents. This ensures the safety of both your pets and our cleaning team.

 

5. Access to Premises

 

Access Requirements: Clients must provide any necessary keys, security codes, or access instructions to ensure our team can enter the premises at the scheduled time.

 

6. Equipment and Supplies

 

Client-Provided Supplies: Generally, we provide all necessary cleaning equipment and supplies. If there are specific requirements, please discuss these with us in advance.

 

7. Time Constraints

 

Service Duration: There may be limits on the duration of cleaning sessions based on the initial agreement and scope of work. Clients will be informed if additional time is needed to complete the service.

 

8. Weather Conditions

 

Severe Weather: In cases of severe weather conditions (e.g., heavy snow, storms), we may be unable to provide services. Clients will be notified as soon as possible, and services will be rescheduled at the earliest convenience.

 

9. Additional Conditions

 

Special Requests: Any additional requests or special services must be discussed and agreed upon in advance. These may incur extra charges and are subject to the availability and capability of our team.
