Booking Policies
Standard Bookings:
Clients should book services at least 48 hours in advance via our website, Google, email, or phone. Bookings over $500 require a 25% deposit, and confirmations are sent via text or email. Special requests should be made 24 hours before the service and may incur additional costs. For questions or changes, contact us via text or phone at 440-534-3599.
Urgent Bookings (Airbnb/Vacational Rentals):
To maintain high service standards and accommodate clients efficiently, we have implemented an Urgent Booking Fee for cleaning services requested within 12 hours of the desired time. This fee is 25% of the cleaning cost, and may be higher during peak times like weekends and holidays. The fee is non-refundable and will be added to the total service cost on the invoice; to avoid this fee, we recommend scheduling services at least 48 hours in advance.
Cancelation Policies
Cancelations (Residential Services):
You can cancel or reschedule your appointment for free if done at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations or rescheduling within 24 hours will incur a $50 fee. In case of emergencies, please contact us immediately, and we may waive the fee at our discretion. A $50 fee also applies if our team arrives and is unable to start due to the client's absence or lack of access.
Payment Policies

We accept various payment methods including check, credit card, bank transfer, and other pre-approved methods to provide you with convenient payment options.
Payment is due upon receipt of the invoice. Late payments will incur a fee. This policy helps us maintain smooth operations and ensure timely compensation for our services.
Service Limitation Policy
Service Limitations:
Our Service Limitations policy outlines specific conditions and tasks that may not be included in our standard cleaning services. These may include cleaning areas that are inaccessible, handling hazardous materials, or performing tasks that require specialized equipment or expertise beyond our typical offerings. We also reserve the right to decline services that fall outside our scope of practice or pose a safety risk to our staff. This policy ensures that we can consistently deliver high-quality service within our capabilities and expertise.
