Free Cancellation:
You are welcome to cancel or reschedule your appointment without any charge, provided you do so at least 24 hours before your scheduled service.
Short Notice Cancellation Fee:
Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the scheduled time will incur a fee of $50. This fee compensates for the preparation and scheduling adjustments made in anticipation of the service.
Emergency Situations:
We recognize that emergencies can happen. If you must cancel due to an unforeseen emergency, please contact us immediately. We may waive the cancellation fee, depending on the situation, at our discretion.
No-Show Policy:
If our team arrives and is unable to start the cleaning due to the absence of the client or if access to the premises is not provided, a $50 fee will be charged. This policy is in place to compensate for the lost opportunity and resources allocated for your service.Our cancellation policy helps us manage our schedule effectively, ensuring that we can continue providing high-quality service to all our clients and maintain stable working conditions for our staff.
